What type of service do we provide?

We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week and we provide transfers from anywhere in London and the surrounding counties to any of London’s 5 Major Airports – Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton & London City Airport. We also provide Seaport transfers and a local door to door cab service as well.

How do I make a booking?

Preferably via our “Instant Quote & Booking” booking engine, or through Online Chat or Telephone. Simply enter a pickup location and destination into our online quote box and select “Instant Quote & Booking”. You will then be given the option to select a suitable vehicle of your choice and to enter your contact information. If you are more comfortable using the phone you can call us on +44 (0)7917 845679 and we will happily take the details over the phone. There are no extra charges, the price is the same either way.

Can I only make a reservation online?

No, you can also make your booking by calling us on +44 (0)7917 845679 and book over the phone if you find that easier.ther way.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once booked you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. You can also call on +44 (0)7917 845679 and will be happy to let you know if your booking is confirmed.

How early do I need to book?

We recommend that you make your booking online with 24 hours in advance. However you can call us up to 6 hours before you need the cab and we will happily accept your booking over the phone. You can also call us once you have landed and we generally have drivers around the airports who will be happy to come and pick you up.

What areas do we cover?

We cover the whole of London and all surrounding areas. We pick up from London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Luton, Stansted & London City Airport. We cover also to all London post codes as well as the areas surrounding the Main London Orbital Motorway the M25 and pick up from all these areas to drop to any of the London Airports by Pre-Booking.

They cover all airports?

Yes, we cover the 5 main London airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton & London City Airport but will happily pick you up from another UK airport if required.

I will I some extra charges if my flight arrives early or is delayed?

No, we will track your flight progress when it is in the air.

What happens to my booking if I miss my flight?

You just have to let us know on +44 (0)7917 845679 that you have missed your flight we will not send our driver into the terminal and you will not have to pay for the journey, but please do not forget to tell us by our phone.

What happens if my flight is diverted to another airport?

If your flight is diverted please call us as soon as possible on +44 (0)7917 845679 we will try to send the driver to the diverted airport or we will cancel the booking depending upon the situation at the time.

Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

In most airports the driver will be waiting for you in front of the airport information desk. We will send you anyway a confirmation e-mail confirming your booking and letting you know exactly where your driver will be waiting.

What happens if I haven't received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?

This could be due to a number of reasons, most commonly a misspelt email address.

What do I do if I don't know the Postcode?

Enter all the details you have through our contact form and we will try to find the zip code and we will send you a quote as soon as possible.

How can I pay for the service?

You can either pay while making the booking on line by Visa, Master card, American Express, Euro Card or any other credit or Debit card. Anyway you can pay cash to the driver on arrival at your destination. With Comfort Travel & Transport you will never have surprises with the price all are quoted in advance so you know exactly how much you will be paying.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel a booking 6 hours prior to the booked time. If you have paid in advance you will be issued a full refund. We do not deduct any administration charges.

Will you meet us anytime of day or night?

Yes, as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service.

Can I smoke in the car?

No, in compliance with UK law Comfort Travel & Transport operates a strict non-smoking policy in all their vehicles.
